When I became a licensed hair stylist in 2016 I wasn’t just hungry to grow, I was starving. I spent my time off scrolling through social media doing everything I could to absorb as much education as possible so I could try what I saw on my guests. My passion for learning eventually evolved into a passion for helping others learn as well and in 2018 I was asked to teach my first class. Standing up in front of 15 or so people and putting chemicals on a strangers head was both exhilarating and terrifying, and I loved every single second of it. My favorite part of the entire experience was the fact that even though there were both new and seasoned stylists there with experience ranging from 1-25 years behind the chair, they were all there for one reason: to grow. 
I knew it to be fact that I wanted to become an educator. I went on to teach a handful of live classes but when the events of 2020 transpired,

I realized that the way education would be consumed by hair stylists is going to be redefined. After what felt like a long hiatus, I decided to step back into the role of educator in 2023 by creating Education 737. Only this time around, I would be able to reach a much larger audience by doing it virtually. I mean, who wouldn’t want to be able to grow their knowledge behind the chair while laying in bed? Not only would artists be able to consume this content from the comfort of their own home, but so many more artists all around the world will have access to this content thus creating a much larger impact on artists who are just like me: hungry as hell.
